About

This book was created in the late spring in response to the quarantine. The purpose was to provide a list of activities that would promote physical, mental, and social health during quarantine. As the resurgence of COVID-19 cases approaches, the project was expanded into a companion app that contains both the previous list of activities, but also user generated ideas that can be shared. On top of this, the app contains a news tab that gives articles for up-to-date information on both COVID-19 and the quarantine, as well as articles promoting health at home.
